Randy Acock, P.E. Founder and President		Mr. Acock is a graduate of the University of Texas, with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Petroleum Engineering. He became a Registered Professional Engineer in the State of Texas in June, 1980 and started Acock Engineering that same year. Mr. Acock began his oil & gas career with Amoco Production Company in 1972. As District Engineer, he was responsible for 15 engineers involved in drilling, completion, workover and production activities in 41 South Texas counties. He has been personally involved with more than 160 horizontal wells, and has consulted on deep (20,000+), critical, high pressure drilling operations in South Texas and Louisiana. He is an active member in the SPE, AAPG, and API.

Frank Jaap Vice President Petroleum Engineer		Mr. Jaap is a graduate of Louisiana Tech University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Petroleum Engineering and holds a second degree with a double major in Math and Physics. Mr. Jaap joined Acock Engineering in 2004. Mr. Jaap has over 30 years of experience in the oil and gas industry. Served as Production & Drilling Manager and was responsible for all company operations from drilling through completion and production to abandonment. Mr. Jaap has been responsible for supervising engineers and field personal along the Texas and Louisiana Gulf Coast, and Texas state waters. Drilled & completed vertical and directional high pressure wells to depths of (17,000+)’ An active member of SPE and the API.

Jim Colvin Vice President Petroleum Engineer		Mr. Colvin is a graduate of Texas A&M University, with a Bachelor of Science degree in Petroleum Engineering. In March of 2006 Jim joined the Acock Engineering team to provide engineering and management support. Mr. Colvin began his Oil and Gas career with Halliburton Energy Services in 1998. He was responsible for oversee Drilling, Completion, and Workover operations of wells from 7,000’ to 18,000’ throughout Texas, Oklahoma, Louisiana, the Gulf Coast, and Inland Waters. Mr. Colvin worked with exploration teams in the planning of wells to be drilled and completed. An active member of SPE and API.

Jim Wible Petroleum Consultant		Mr. Wible is a graduate of the University of Colorado. He is broadly experienced in all phases of oil and gas operations. Jim joined the Acock Engineering team to provide engineering and management support in December 2006. Mr. Wible has overseen drilling operations of wells in Texas, Louisiana, and Latin America, both on land and offshore, working with an exploration team in the planning of wells to be drilled and completed. Jim is fluent in Spanish with direct experience in Latin America. He is accustomed to interfacing with executives, engineers, financial specialists and operations personnel in field and office environments.

Gary Brumley Petroleum Consultant/ Marketing Manager		Mr. Brumley graduated from Stephen F. Austin in 1972 and joined the Acock Engineering team in 1996, working as a consultant and marketing manager. Mr. Brumley has worked domestically and internationally, both onshore and offshore in the Oil and Gas Industry for 32 years. Mr. Brumley provides project engineering, operations management and specialized field supervision for drilling, completion, workover, and production operations conducted by Acock personnel on vertical, directional, and horizontal normal/abnormal pressure oil and gas/condensate wells.

Wendy Jaap Vice President Administration		Wendy Jaap joined Acock Engineering in 2001 as Vice President of Administration. Mrs. Jaap has a broad background in sales, management, and Human Resources. Mrs. Jaap has years of experience in contract administration in the petroleum industry and other facets of the private sector.

Cole Horton Business Development Coordinator		Cole Horton is a graduate of Southern Methodist University with a degree in Advertising and Sociology. Mr. Horton joined Acock Engineering in 2007 to enhance marketing and business development operations. Mr. Horton obtained a broad range of marketing experience as an advertising intern for the Dallas Stars, the SMU Athletic Department, and the Dallas Convention and Visitors’ Bureau. He also obtained public relations experience as an SMU Residence Life and Student Housing front desk administrator and as an entrepreneur for C&M Mowing, a Houston-based landscaping business.

Shellie Daniels Accountant		Shellie Daniels is a graduate of Mississippi Sate and received her Master’s in Accounting from UTSA. Mrs. Daniels joined Acock Engineering in 2007. Mrs. Daniels is responsible for handling all of Acock Engineering’s accounting and consultant invoices. Prior to coming to Acock Engineering in 2007, Shellie spent two years in the Air Force stationed at Randolph AFB in San Antonio as a Finance Officer.

Renae Brewer Consultant Coordinator		Renae Brewer joined Acock Engineering in 2004 as a Consultant-Coordinator in our San Antonio office. Mrs. Brewer is responsible for scheduling our consultants and fostering client relationships. She also works closely with our Engineers processing company regulatory forms.
